The OSHA 30 hour class is intended for supervisors or workers with some safety responsibility.
Course Topics Include:Bloodborne Pathogens - Lockout/Tagout - Confined Spaces and Permit Required Confined Spaces - Machine Guarding - Electrical Safety - Managing Safety and Health - Emergency Action Plan - Material Handling and Storage - Ergonomics - Personal Protective Equipment - Fall Protection - Walking and Working Surfaces - Hazard Communication/Employee Right to Know - Welding Cutting and Brazing - Introduction to OSHA and the OSH Act
Fee includes: course material and lunch.
Cost for the OSHA 30: $675.00 for LCSC Members, $750.00 for Non-LCSC Members.
These classes will be delivered by an OSHA-authorized outreach trainer. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA General Industry Outreach completion card for the course completed. This is a voluntary program and does not meet the training requirements for any OSHA standards. None of the courses within the Outreach Training Program is considered a certification.
